The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. No 17 is a modern, newly refurbished house situated in the popular Tregoyne. A five minute walk to Porthtowan beach, village and the well known Unicorn and Blue Bar. Tregoyne is a small cluster of character challet type beach houses with a friendly community mix of permanent residents and holiday makers alike. With only a single track road in and out it makes it particularly child friendly although the house does boast a secure, gated back garden.
