(Sleeps 6) Pauanui Beach is an easy 15 min walk away & it's only a 5 minute drive to the local shops and takeaways. The house has everything you need, outdoor dining, a bbq, 2 living areas, a multi purpose mezzanine that can be used as an extra sleeping area. The caravan & utility have their own outdoor kitchen/dining area and outdoor shower. The section is fully fenced.

A fantastic location and a great house in this family-friendly place. A few steps away from the surf club and reserve. Two walkways taking you to the beach., (no roads to cross). A safe cul-de-sac for children. Pets welcome. No extra guest surcharges. Fill up the outside hot tub with water, light the fire and have a hot water bath!!
