Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

It has it's own dedicated entrance with self check-in and parking as well as a pretty outdoor space to relax in. The shower is hot with brilliant pressure and the bed is super comfortable, probably two of the most important requirements when travelling.

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage, which is separate from main house and studio unit. Centrally located in Clive and only 10 minutes to Napier, Hastings, Taradale and Havelock North. The property has park like grounds and direct access to Clive River and cycleways. Queen bed in bedroom, queen bed in lounge. Pool, BBQ and laundry available for guest use.
