We live at the end of a cul-de-sac street, with a stunning view over the native bush and you can see the Te Haumi river meandering through the mangroves. Far away from the big city noise but so close to town for excursions, restaurants, adventures, history and even if it's just for drinks.

The beach is just a one minute walk from the garden. Breathtaking water views from studio across to Russell peninsular. Laze on the daybed and watch the yachts go by. Sleep to the sound of gently lapping waves. 2 min drive Paihia township, 5 min drive Russell car ferry, under 10 min drive to Waitangi Treaty Grounds or 15 min walk along beach to township at low tide.
