Welcome to the Shores of Deer Lake! We offer newly renovated suites on the beautiful shores of Deer Lake. Each suite is well equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, living space, private bedroom and complete bathroom. The unit can comfortably sleep up to four adults, with one queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and another queen-sized mattress in the pull out sofa. *We ask that you tell us in advance if you plan on bringing any pets. There are certain limitations, fees apply. Details below.*

Warbler’s Roost is on a 14-acre property on Deer Lake, 3785D Eagle Lake Rd which is 20 min west of the small village of South River, just north of Huntsville. It is near many of the forgotten trails network of trails and 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only). Warbler’s Roost includes a Country Inn which has six rooms available for daily/weekly rentals with continental breakfast. NB: during the pandemic, we are restricting bookings to one room on each floor.

Nestled into the Algoma Mountains is our charming lodge. Our exposed log cabins and private rooms in our guest lodge are all surrounded by mature spruce, birch and maple trees. Because of our unique location we are on a major flight path for northern migrating birds. We are along the sacred Goulais River, which is home to many different fish species all making their way to Lake Superior. This is some of the best fishing in the world. We also offer kayak and canoes to explore the river.
