Start off with a coffee watching the sunrise on front dining area. Spend the day lounging in the sun on the rooftop patio. Stay in and cook an amazing dinner and watch the sunset. Then only blocks from downtown Kingston go enjoy a night on the town IMPORTANT NOTE: this houseboat must remain securely docked at all times and cannot be taken out on the water.

NEW FOR 2025, the Yacht has Air Conditioning! A vintage private 30 foot Cruiser with a teak & mahogany wood trimmed cabin. Its' docked in Tobermory's BIg Tub Harbour. Two berths sleep 2 each. Full galley. Linens and towels provided. It is disinfected before your arrival. Extra person $50/day agreed prior. Centre bed $50 for stay. This accommodation is for the boat at the dock only. It does not include driving the boat or use of the cottage property. The boat is a non smoking.

Sun tan on the bow of the boat. Private BBQ for grilling, Enjoy all resort amenities including: in ground pool, canoes, kayaks, beach.

AirBnB Guests having visitors during there stay a $25/day/guest charge. This fee does not allow over night stays. There are no pets allowed on the yacht.
