yukinoshizukuは建築と自然の調和を理念に設計した貸切温泉の宿です。 エントランスからお部屋、温泉、有料サウナ　テラスはゲスト専用となります。 源泉100％のプライベート温泉でどうぞ心と体を癒してください。 ニセコ湯本温泉「大湯沼」　硫黄泉 病気や体調の改善を図る治療法「湯治」をするために古くから利用されてきた秘湯です。 標高約600ｍ。HIRAFUから離れた静かな山奥で「奥ニセコ」蘭越町に位置しています。 国定公園内にあり「チセヌプリ」が目の前に見えます。 グリーンシーズンは登山、ハイキング 冬は、バックカントリースキー、スノーボードを楽しむ方の穴場スポットです。 「こんな温泉宿に泊まりたい」という思いから　自分たちで建築、デザインをしました。 日本家屋独自の落ち着く住空間と居心地の良さを体感していただけたらと思います。 近くには飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーがなく お車での移動が必須の場所です。 ※送迎サービスは行っておりません。 建物は右側がゲスト専用、左側はホストのhome officeとなっており、内部で独立したプライベート設計、防音壁となっております。

It offers convenient access to a variety of charming local restaurants and bars, while maintaining a sense of quiet retreat. The house features an open and airy layout, including a spacious living room, a contemporary kitchen, a dining area, and 3 comfortable bedrooms. It combines practicality with a touch of elegance, not to forget its unique outdoor bath to end your ski day.

Moiwa Onsen House 2Bdrm 1Bthrm + (natural) Onsen

The property is near the Moiwa ski area in a quiet part of Hokkaido. As soon as you have the time to slide into your private onsen, you’ll understand why we’re sharing this home with the rest of the world. The house has 2 x upstairs bedrooms. Bdrm 1 has 1 x bunk bed and 1 x queen bed. Bdrm 2 has 2 x double beds. We also offer a traditional futon (floor mattress). There is a TV with an HDMI cable for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV). Free Internet (WIFI). Car parking for 1 x car.

Foxwood F, completed in 2023, is a stylish villa near Niseko Village. It features a private garage with winter gear storage—ideal for winter stays. A public shuttle and ski lift are within 10 minutes’ walk. The villa offers a dining area with a counter, perfect for quiet reading or work.The bathroom in the upstairs bedroom features a deep Japanese-style soaking tub. A bunk bedroom suits families or groups. Surrounded by nature, it’s a peaceful retreat—ideal for ski trips and quiet getaways.

Classic Cozy Cottage

This charming, rustic house is nestled in a quiet villa area surrounded by the beautiful nature of Niseko. On a peaceful morning, you might even be awoken by the gentle drumming of a woodpecker. It is the perfect retreat for travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and fully enjoy the great outdoors and seasonal activities. A 10-min drive to Annupuri and Moiwa ski resorts, popular backcountry areas, and hot springs. A car is essential (no public transportation).

Puri 1Bdrm + Loft

This cabin is located between Niseko & Annupuri. The 1F bedroom sleeps two people in a double bed. The loft space suits three people perfectly with 3 x single beds. The cabin has a well equipped kitchen, a TV with HDMI for screening Netflix's etc (no local or cable TV), free WIFI, a washer and dryer. Please note, you will need to rent a car with this property. Car parking is limited, however, there is parking space enough for one car.

There are more than 10 kinds of good quality tea leaves in the kitchen. Nespresso coffee and machine as well. In the early morning, You probably can see wild animals ( mostly deers ) from the window. * Outdoor BBQ is not allowed.

【お知らせ】 一時休止していたレンタカーサービスを2024年1月8日から再開いたします。 4WDのバンを利用ご希望の方は事前にお知らせください。料金など詳細をメッセージでお伝えいたします。 Snow Shack は小さな川と森に囲まれた一棟貸しの小屋です。 冬はスキー、夏はSUPやSkate、BBQなどを楽しめます。スキー場へのアクセスはNISEKO、MOIWAまで車で15分、RUSUTSU RESROT40分、KIRORO RESROT60分です。徒歩圏内にはお店やレストランがありません。ご自身のお車でカフェ、パン屋、蕎麦屋、羊蹄山湧水の水汲み場などローカルスポットを楽しんでください。 隣接する自宅兼カフェに住んでいるので、何かあればすぐに助けになります。カフェは只今クローズ中。ご朝食にベーグル（SEED BAGEL&COFFEE COMPANY）をご希望の方は事前にお問い合わせください。
