The Waterford beach is a short drive away...less than 2 miles through the forest...as are beautiful hikes along the coast. Centrally located near Historic Mystic, Niantic, Conn College, US Coast Guard Academy & the US Naval Base.

Bright sun filled second floor apartment in a multi unit building. The apartment has one bathroom , two bedrooms the first with a king size bed and the second has a queen. LIving room, dining room, full kitchen with coffee bar. We are a 15 min walk to downtown shops, restaurants, ferries and train station. The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions. Note there are stairs and a claw foot tub which may make access difficult for some.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails.
