Welcome to our mid-century modern beach box. Renovated in 2016 this 1,060 sq. ft home is located in the heart of Nags Head on the beach side. We are in walking distance to the beach, Dowdy's Park, the OBX YMCA, shops, restaurants, grocery stores & more. You will have access to surf boards, beach supplies and more. We are located on a very quiet & safe cul-de-sac with little traffic. *NEW for a limited time, NO PET FEE! Up to 2 dogs. Please message me if you would like to bring additional pets.

La Vida Isla Guesthouse

La Vida Isla is a quiet, shady retreat from the beach. This is a place to unwind and relax. We are in a safe neighborhood on Roanoke Island. The cottage is an airy and calming space. We take great strides to make sure it is super clean and well maintained. Our goal is to provide a space for complete relaxation. The cottage and outdoor spaces are very private. There is a patio area with outdoor seating as well as a screened porch. Listen to the wind chimes and birds. Enjoy the flowers.

Cross the street and climb to the top of Jockey Ridge for amazing ocean views, hang glide or fly a kite. The ocean is just 1 minute car drive. Inside features 700 sq ft of privacy, including open-concept kitchen and living room, a private bedroom with 2 queen beds, and 2 Smart TVs.

Very private and Nags Head Woods directly accesible with gravel path and stairs. Great for bird watchers and hikers. Sleeps three and one dog is permitted. On ground floor, no stairs. Enclosed concrete patio great for your dog and small kid if you have one. Full bath. Queen bed in bedroom that has own separate door to patio, in addition to the living room door. Memory foam cot and long, comfortable, couch. The only view is the woods. Very private. PARKING AVAILABLE FOR ONE VEHICLE
