Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

SERENITY NEAR LISBON localiza-se em Fanhões, uma típica aldeia a 20km de Lisboa e da costa de prata. Dispõe de jardim, ginásio e campo de ténis. Tem um quarto duplo c/closet e wc privativa (possibilidilidade de quarto duplo e wc extra c/custo adicional). Cozinha totalmente equipada, sala com TV por cabo e Wi-Fi. Na zona envolvente existe estacionamento, restaurantes, parque infantil, supermercados, pastelarias, igreja e trilhos. O aeroporto mais próximo é o de Lisboa, que fica a menos de 20km.
