Ce logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires. Ne convient pas aux fêtes, ni aux réunions d'amis.

You will appreciate my accommodation for the ambience, the outdoor space, the lighting and the comfortable bed. My accommodation is perfect for couples, single travelers and business travelers.

Small studio (6 by 22 feet) (it is not basement) (ONLY FOR NO SMOKER) with private bathroom, private kitchen, private entrance and private parking in a single-family house. It is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump, induction cooktop, small oven, microwave, refrigerator, underfloor heating, humidity detector, oil heater, Smart TV (Bell TV). The bed is not double, it is queen. Washer and dryer are shared. Several shops within walking distance.
