Ammodernato con cura (e con piscina), questo spazio incarna le radici del buon vivere toscano – oliveta attrezzata composta da un pergola con tavolo e bagno, un giardino con amaca e all'ombra di pini e cipressi, con sedie, sdraio e dondolo, si può ammirare le dolci colline del Chianti. Resede attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. E' presente una bella piscina sopraelevata con alcuni giochi e barbecue Forma la proprietà, oltre la colonica, un’oliveta di circa 1 ettaro, nella quale si è ricavato spazi attrezzati adibiti ad un completo relax. La Suite ha un ingresso privato che porta direttamente al piano superiore della colonica, permettendo la massima privacy agli ospiti. La colonica è parte di un piccolo vecchio borgo abitato da 4 unità familiari molto discreti e simpatici. La superficie della suite è di 90 mq ed è composta da tinello con angolo cottura, ampio soggiorno, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia ed una mansarda abitabile (particolare la porticina di dimensioni 1,2 mt) con 3 letti singoli. Ambiente molto luminoso e immerso nella completa tranquillità della campagna è dotato di aria condizionata, televisione satellitare, wifi free 24 ore. I proprietari mettono a disposizione la zona lavanderia. parcheggio privato scoperto. i proprietari lieti di accogliere i loro ospiti, si mettono a disposizione per risolvere eventuali problemi. Il piccolo borgo è abitato da altre tre famiglie molto gentile e discrete, pronte ad aiutare l'ospite. Tavarnelle dista km 25 da Firenze, 15 da San Gimignano, 35 da Siena. - A breve saranno visibile le immagini dell'esterno, piscina, giardino e oliveta attrezzata. Chiediamo cortesemente di attendere. La struttura ricettiva è distante dal centro di Tavarnelle km. 5 circa. il centro storico è dotato di tutti i servizi x il cittadino ed il turista : poste, polizia, comune, pronto soccorso, supermercato, trattorie, pizzerie, banche ecc. Inoltre nel periodo estivo si susseguono vari eventi musicali piccoli mercati artigianali infine si svolge, tutti i giovedì mattina, il classico mercato comunale. Luoghi di interesse (borghi medievali) intorno a Tavarnelle : San donato in Poggio km. 12 circa. Barberino val d'elsa km. 6. Distanze dalle città d'arte : Tavarnelle - Firenze km. 25 circa Tavarnelle - san Gimignano / Monteriggioni km. 20 circa Tavarnelle - Siena km. 35 circa. Negli spazi esterni organizzati è presente una piscina tipo FUORI TERRA, le dimensioni sono : 10 mt. X 5 mt., con profondità 1,20 mt. completa lo spazio piscina un bagno con doccia. Nel resede, gli ospiti, hanno a disposizione un bel tavolo con barbecue. Tutta l'area oliveta è a loro disposizione con la massima privacy. I proprietari, a richiesta dell'ospite, possono prenotare tour escursionistici o wine - testing appoggiandosi a professionisti. Il piccolo borgo un tempo è stato una fortezza militare, successivamente una Pieve o luogo di culto e dall'inizio del xx secolo abitato da contadini. From the relaxing hammock and the stone made barbecue in a panoramic garden to the cozy fireplace, every space feels open and inviting. Immersed in total peace and tranquillity with a breathtaking view over the Chianti hills, halfway between Florence, Arezzo and Siena, the barn is a perfect homebase to visit Tuscany. The accommodation has 2 floors. The upper floor spaces 2 double bedrooms with wonderful views of the olive trees and a bathroom with window and large masonry shower. On the ground floor a cozy and spacious living area with fireplace and a kitchenette with gas stove a large fridge and oven. The barn has ceilings with exposed beams and bricks. Outside there is a panoramic garden set on its own where, in the shade of a walnut trees, you can relax on a hammock or grill your meal (included an authentic local Fiorentina steak :-) on the stone made barbecue. A garden table is there for romantic dinners 'al fresco'. Immersed in total peace and tranquility halfway between Florence, Arezzo and Siena the barn is a perfect homebase to visit Tuscany. The closest towns are Cavriglia and the small Medioeval villages of Moncioni and Montegonzi. In each town you can find great local restaurants and a small grocery shop. Moncioni is 3 km far away. A big supermarket is located in Montevarchi and you can reach it in 8 minutes by car ( exactly 7 km far away). In Montevarchi you can also find one of the best farmer markets in Tuscany! The station of Montevarchi is 8 km away from the barn. From there you can take train to Florence and Arezzo. Siena can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The easy access to the motorway A1/E35 Milan-Florence-Rome (the Valdarno exit is only at 13 km) allows you to reach numerous interesting spots within a short time, both in Tuscany and Umbria, while few kilometres south of Cavriglia you enter the suggestive territory of the Crete Senesi. Out in the countryside, the home offers an authentic experience of Tuscany. Small towns and villages are a short drive away providing acces to exceptional local restaurants and fantastic farmers markets. A big supermarket is located in Montevarchi (7 km far away). The railway station is 8 km away from the barn. From there you can take train to Florence and Arezzo. Cities of interest like Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza and Monteriggioni can be reached in 40 minutes by car The only way to reach the house is by car. The Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, of about 55 square meters with a large private garden (350 sq.m.), a Jacuzzi that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. Old Barn very close to Florence

Antico fienile indipendente immerso nel verde della campagna ,vicinissimo a Firenze e al Chianti ,con piscina condominiale estiva. (apertura 08/06 al 08/09) Cucina soggiorno e giardino al piano terra con un bagno, al primo piano camera matrimoniale dalla quale è necessario passare per accedere a una cameretta con tre letti, uno dei quali a castello. Sempre al primo piano è presente il secondo bagno.
