It is situated on a small farm with cattle and sheep. Guests enjoy sightings of kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras & native birds. Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. It's less than 15 minutes drive to Leura and Blackheath. Despite its proximity to these historic townships and landmarks it remains a secluded sanctuary.

There's one million hectares of wilderness, offering an abundance of places to explore and natural wonders to discover.

Centennial Lodge Cottage is located at the foot of magnificent Blue Mountains escarpments in the Kanimbla Valley. It is surrounded by stunning farmland & abundant bird and wildlife. The original settlers cottage has been renovated & is rustic yet very comfortable. Just 15 minutes from Blackheath, (and only accessible from Blackheath) the cottage is totally self contained, with a wood stove and BBQ facilities. A unique rural escape for nature lovers.
