Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

Waterloo Haven

Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

Chatsworth Retreat

Nestled amongst native trees in iconic Chatsworth Road, this accommodation provides privacy in a standalone location. Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub.

Days Bay Studio - Beach, bush and privacy

Brand new in 2019, this studio is self contained, fully insulated, has own entrance and outdoor area. No more than a couple of minutes walk to the beach, 3x cafes, tennis, bus, ferry, a gift gallery and bush walks. Equipped for self-catering, the kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery and general electrical appliances. Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

We are approximately a 10-minute drive to Upper Hutt and a 30-minute drive to Wellington.

Escape the hustle and bustle of Wellington City to unwind and relax in peaceful surroundings. You will find your own modern, clean, private 35sqm space with comfortable lounge (including Smart TV), a separate double bedroom which gets lovely morning sun, and a private bathroom. A third adult could sleep in the lounge on a mattress. Adjacent is a microwave, fridge-freezer, table and chairs. There is off-street parking, your own private entrance, and no steps or stairs.

Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Hnry Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Free on street parking.

Private, quick, easy & comfortable

This space would suit anyone wanting the convenience of a Motel without paying Motel rates. The private space available is about 60 square metres with separate bedroom, lounge/dining, and bathroom. Separate entry with combination lock for easy self check-in, and separated from the rest of the house by a locked internal door. The guest area is located at the sunny end of the house with all day sun and plenty of windows.
