9 Millburn Street is in the beautiful artists town of Kirkcudbright in Dumfries and Galloway . Comfortable, homely and a little bit quirky, this property has 3 double rooms, a bathroom, a large family kitchen ,lounge with open coal fire, day room/ utility room. The enclosed back garden has an outside toilet, a newly renovated art/craft studio with running water and is secure and can be used for storing bicycles, golf clubs etc. Two well behaved dogs welcome, please include dogs when booking.

Nook ( Carsluith holiday lodges) is a beautiful off- grid spacious lodge with a wood fired hot tub and stunning views across the Cree estuary. It is completely off grid so no tv or sockets only usb charging points in the bedroom. The lodge is pet friendly (max 2 medium dogs) for free sits in its own grassed fenced area on our 12 acre smallholding . We are situated close to the Galloway forest which is the famous for its starry dark skies and also has great mountain biking and walking close by.

The famous Southern Upland Way walking route is accessible on foot from the cottage along with other beautiful hill walking, including some impressive peaks with breathtaking views. Streams and pools nearby for paddling and wild swimming adventures.

It is equipped with a log burner and Everhot oven. Outside, beyond the patio with fire pit, is a private enclosed garden, beyond this, there is a woodland with bubbling burn (stream) and the estate grounds.
