Lots of fresh air sleeping in the summer, and a cozy fireplace in the living room during the winter. This is an excellent get away vacation stay. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, while star gazing at night. The house is surrounded by farmland and deer are seen frequently traipsing across the fields to head toward or away from the creek.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Located in the heart of main st Geneseo. You will be able to walk to Geneseo, restaurant's, pubs, and shopping. Located above Geneseo favorite, Mama Mias Pizza and Sweet Arts Bakery. If you're in town for a concert at the Geneseo Rivera we are located less than a 2 min walk. Grab a cup of coffee and tour SUNY Geneseo if you're a future student or alumni, this location is fantastic. Less then 10 miles to letchworth state park and 5 to Conesus Lake.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
