Es gibt eine Wohnmobil-Klimaanlage und eine Fenstereinheit im Hauptschlafzimmer. Ein kleiner Geschirrspüler + Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank mit Eis. Platz für 1 Außenzelt.

Zu Fuß erreichbar sind die Main Street, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Nachtleben und der schöne Campus von SUNY Geneseo. Direkt neben dem Highland Park mit Zugang zu Tennis- und Basketballplätzen, Sportplätzen, Picknickunterkünften, Wander-/Fitnesswegen, Spielplätzen und einer bezaubernden Eisbahn im Winter.
