Also tv, stereo, wi-fi, BBQ grill. Home sits on a hill with two different parking areas. One parking area is steeper driveway but close to home and only a few stairs up to door. The other parking area is on the right as you enter driveway and flat but more stairs to climb. Pet friendly also. On half acre lot.
