Welcome to Shitamachi Club Rokugo. The house has been here since Showa era in 1967. It's old but you will love the good atmosphere. I do hope you will have a pleasant stay here and an enjoyable holidays in Japan. =Pros= Quiet, you will enjoy sound sleep. Good atmosphere. Good Neighbors. Easy access from/to HND airport. You can know the goodness of tatami mats. No smoking =Cons= House and equipments are old. Stairs are very steep. Toilet is narrow. 11min to the station. No smoking.

Newly constructed in December 2019, the room is modern/Japanese style and offers a comfortable space for you to spend time in. There are many room facilities, such as a kitchen and a washing machine for long-term guests, including families and business persons. Although the room feels out of the ordinary, you can spend time here and use the room practically. The room comes with two double beds, and up to 4 guests can stay in the room. (It is a 25㎡sized room that is ideal for 2 guests.)

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.
