Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

Private log cabin by the lake of Inari

This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Beautiful lake and fell scenery opens straight away from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling few kilometers away and hopefully spot the auroras dancing above the lake. Entrance to bathroom through cold veranda.

Nauti elämän helppoudesta tässä rauhallisessa, keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa kohteessa. Alakerrassa on keittiö ja olohuone, jossa televisio sekä sauna, suihku ja wc. Makuuhuoneet sijaitsevat yläkerrassa. Yläkerrassa on myös toinen wc. Asunnossa on terassi, jossa voit istuskella ulkosalla. Sijainti Ivalojoen rannalla. Tämä on kotimme, vuokraamme sitä kun emme itse ole paikalla. Talo on vanha, joka on uudelleen rakennettu.
