Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

The Waihopai suite is a lovely rural escape at the edge of Invercargill. Your unit is attached to our home but very private. Situated at Millton Park Estate, boasting vast established gardens and a large pond. Wake up to a garden view with wondering ducks, bunnies and the sound of native birdsong. Enjoy private access, free parking, quality bedding, ensuite, TV, wardrobe and kitchenette facilities (not a full kitchen). Tucked away at the edge of an idyllic pond, The Nest is purpose built, premium accommodation which offers tranquility, relaxation, and ample bird watching. Waterfront Cottage is a beautifully restored 1920s 3-bedroom bungalow 25 metres from the ocean. The cottage has just undergone a full update including double glazing, new carpets and a new heat pump insuring a warm comfortable stay regardless of the weather. There is high speed fibre internet that can be boosted to over 1000mbs if required for work stays and a 50inch TV in the lounge area. Both the master bedroom and the lounge feature unobstructed views out over the water.
