Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

A spacious one double bedroom apartment in the small village of Three Crosses Gower. A self contained first floor apartment, fully equipped and with central heating. Local convenient store and country pub (The Poundffald Inn) within 5 minutes walk. Situated on the gateway to the Gower Peninsula which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with award winning beaches, woodlands and beauty spots to explore. A 17 minute drive to Mumbles and Swansea Bay with boutique shopping, pier and castle.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The Grooms Quarters is situated in Pen Y Fernal Farm, you can enjoy the beautiful views looking out over the Loughor Estuary and to Pen-clawdd famous for There cockles. Great location with the Millennium Coastal Path just 4miles great for location for any Walker or cyclists or for someone that just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside & beaches.your welcome to bring your dog additional charge will be required upon arrival.£15. It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

Use this home as a base to visit many other coastal beaches within the region. Does not offer a sea view, but who wants to be inside when the beach is on your doorstep.
