We are nestled in a lovely rural, wooded neighborhood that feels remote, but is only a few miles from convenience. Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. Dog friendly but please bring your crate if dog needs to be left alone. Use of back patio too. Fire pit in back yard and small grill in carport are available.

I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Enjoy peace and quiet here with a private entrance, space, and patio. Close to Brevard, Dupont, Pisgah. The studio is in a quiet home and neighborhood. Bike wash, tools, and help are available. Wake up to a peaceful and private view of rhododendron and mountain laurel. You may even see a white squirrel or black bear. This is our home. We work hard to create a peaceful, cozy space for you. Please read the house rules and guest manual; and treat the space gently. We very much appreciate it.

Walk 1 block to HenDough Chicken & Donuts or Mean Mr. Mustard Cafe for breakfast or lunch, or walk 3 blocks to Dry Falls Brewing Co. for a local beer & delicious food trucks.

Our home is a custom built unique farm house which used materials off the property for much of its structure. We call it our “ barn house.” It is located down a private drive surrounded by beautiful horses and other animals. We are close to I-26 and the airport. Restaurants and theaters are 5 minutes away. **Due to the beginning of a housing construction project in the acreage behind us, there could be possible noise from Monday thru Friday. Be aware of this before you book.

Studio apt- attached to home but a completely separate living space. quiet- surrounded by woods. Within 10-20minutes of Hendersonville, Asheville, Biltmore, Airport etc. Good location to launch for activities- river, biking, climbing, hiking etc. T.V. includes streaming channels. Kitchenette has coffeemaker, griddle, microwave, half size fridge. Bathroom shower with basics. Outside is your own Hot tub -parking for two cars.
