This magical Maggie Valley Schoolhouse is one of a kind. Refurbished with handmade furniture, curated antiques and all of the comforting amenities of home, this Schoolhouse is the perfect mountain escape. Built in the 1800’s it was used as the first schoolhouse in the area. You will find treasures from its original days like a corn-cob floor patch, student names carved into the bead board wall and a bookshelf forged out of the original schoolhouse door. Our property survived with just a little damage to the grounds, and Main Street along with all of its shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, etc. are open and welcoming visitors as always. You will see debris on the curbs all around town but the cleanup is happening and things are looking better every day!
