Only 5 min walk to shops, cafe's and chocolate factory, the saturday markets and tavern. its 5min drive to the beach and at night you can often hear the surf. A perfect hide away in the pulse of Mangawhai.

A central location to base yourself for walking weekends, cycling, surfing, swimming and more.
Ducks ParadiseWe live on a lifestyle block just North of Kaiwaka. The cabin is self contained. It has a small combined lounge/kitchen/dining room; bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. A bedroom with two king size single beds. The kitchen has pots, pans, cups, glasses, plates and cutlery. There is coffee, tea, milo, milk and sugar. We now also have WiFi in the unit. Guests are welcome to wander over our property.
