It is ONE LARGE ROOM with separate bathroom and a small kitchenette and wrap around deck area. Super king bed can be used as x2 singles. Pull out king single couch bed plus roller bed for a 4th person. Please let me know at time of booking as to bed configuration. NB there are steps down to the accomodation, so heavy bags are not ideal

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just 5 minutes from the centre of Gisborne and only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful wainui surf beach. Just a short stroll to our local zephyr cafe and neighbourhood cantina. Our house has 4 bedrooms and enough room for the whole family with a great indoor/outdoor flow. The deck has a covered louvre system allowing you to enjoy the country feel while relaxing outside listening to the native birds amongst the beautiful trees.
