BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. The room is a Ｇuest Ｈouse opened(started) in March, 2017 which refurbished apartment. It is a private room. Ideal for family members and friends. Of course available also welcome in one person! It is a 2-minute walk from the nearest station (JR Fukushima Station, JR Shin-fukushima Station, Hanshin Train Fukushima Station) to your room, and you can go to Osaka station at 1 stop(station). You can also go to USJ at 3 stops so it is very accessible! We have a security camera installed.
