Newly refurbished 1st floor flat in the quaint Devon village of Stokeinteignhead, close to the popular seaside towns of Teignmouth, Shaldon & Torquay. The Sand House is a very spacious, stylish, detached, open plan home, in a peaceful area of Exmouth, 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk from 2 miles of golden sands, town, pubs and restaurants. Comfortably sleeps 8, ample off-road parking. The house overlooks the award winning Phear park with p&p golf, children’s play-park, tennis and bowls. Kite-surfing, SUP, kayaking available on the beach. Stand-alone Gym also available at extra cost. £10 per day. Maximum cost is £50. Please see photos.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.
