Fra stua er det utgang til platting på 100m2, samt gressplen med trampoline. I 2. etasje er det tre soverom med doble senger, to bad og TV-stue. I husets underetasje er entre og WC. Der er også en utleiedel som går i utleie til fast leietaker. Huset er et av tre hus i et sameie, med felles innkjøring. Ryddig og godt utstyrt.
