West Wittering Village - short walk to beach.

A bright, relaxed family home in West Wittering village, a short walk from the famous sandy beach and the village pub. Suits an extended family group or 2 small families sharing. The amazing living space includes a large modern kitchen/family room, separate TV room and a large playroom with table tennis, pool table and lots of toys. A large garden surrounds the house and includes a shady eating area, a lovely south-facing sun deck, an hot shower, a fire pit and a play area with zip wire/ slide.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Yurt Stay in Nature. South Downs National Park.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. This 3 bedroomed bungalow is ideally situated 1 minute walk from the beautiful beach at East Wittering and a couple of minutes from the village, with all the facilities you could need. The open plan living dining and kitchen area is ideal for family living and has all facilities to offer you a comfortable 'home from home' feel.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
