The studio entails a comfortable queen bed, a 3 seater sofa bed, wardrobe. Its double glazing, full insulation, heat pump/aircon and mosquito screens make this self standing cottage the perfect base to explore all the amazing sights the Bay of Islands has to offer.

Waitangi Self Contained Studio

Fully self contained, quiet and private yet located close to beach, boat ramp, supermarket and cafes. Newly built and cozy with plenty of outdoor flow. The shower although private it is outside. May not suit everyone. There are bikes and a touring kayak. At high tide there is access to the Waitangi river and plenty enough time to paddle to Haruru falls or Paihia and back.

The Shed

Make yourself at home in this charming cottage. A great place for a couple to relax or a family with plenty of space inside and outside. It has a private outlook with the sights and sounds of the country. It is close to native bush and abundant bird life. Enjoy all Opononi and surrounding areas have to offer all within a 5min drive to the beach.
