This villa offers a breathtaking panorama. The house is located in an exceptionally picturesque location on a small plateau about a kilometre from the sea in Marina di Andrano. The accommodation was decorated with careful attention to detail and is very neat and tidy. Stone tubs, the restored antique bed, woven straw baskets, evoke the rural, rustic life and craftsmanship of the Salento region. The old wrought-iron bell for calling the family to the table is also a particularly charming feature.

Villa Ada Independent villa - heated private pool

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Only 5km far from famous turist sea-side

Sono due pagliare adiacenti, ognuna dotata di camera matrimoniale, bagno e divano letto singolo e hanno una bellissima cucina esterna privata in mezzo alle due case, con un tavolo e terrazza vista mare. La bellissima piscina e il grande giardino sono in comune anche con altre 3 pagliare presenti nella proprietà. Diverse discese di scogli raggiungibili a piedi, e spiagge in macchina a 15 km. Rilassati in questo alloggio tranquillo e stupendo vista mare!
