The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Sip your morning coffee with a breath-taking sunrise & experience the colorful sound sunset from the warm hot tub! Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

In the Winter warm yourself by the fireplace & in the Summer cool off in the shade or catch sun on one of the outdoor loungers. We provide amenities to make your stay easy & relaxed. You may literally walk out our driveway to 450 acres of hiking trails, sound-side beaches, kayaking, kiteboarding, etc. It's a 3-minute drive to the nearest beach access and some favorite local restaurants. The cozy location offers total privacy, facing into the woods with windows everywhere for lots of treetop filtered sunshine.

This cozy 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.
