Welcome to Bellwoods Cottage B&B on Salt Spring Island. (IG @stayatbellwoods) Enjoy our west coast cottage with spectacular hilltop views overlooking the Gulf Islands and the Coast Mountain Ranges. The cottage is privately situated on 5 acres of wooded land, bordered by Peter Arnell Park and trails leading to nature reserves at the bottom of the hill. This 2-bedroom 1-bath can sleep up to 6 people. A perfect place for couples, friends, and families to rest and explore the island.

1 Bedroom suite with 2 double beds, a full kitchen, living room with a 40 inch TV and a dinnihg table. A washer and dryer and a full 3 piece washroom is in the suite. EV charger available for additional charge. The location is in south Nanaimo. We are a 15 minute drive from downtown and the Airport, 10 minutes from Duke Point and about 10 minutes from VIU. Nanaimo River Park is a short drive away. Cedar is 10 minutes away. There is transit near by with a walk from the bus stop.

Welcome to Maple Bay Carriage House, a new loft style bachelor suite, equipped with premium amenities and high end finishes. We are within walking distance to Maple Bay Marina, Gulf Island Seaplanes and Maple Bay Yacht Club. We’re less than 5 minutes from Bird’s Eye Cove Farm, public beaches, hiking and mountain biking trails, kayak rentals, pubs and so much more. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floor and two very comfortable queen size beds to choose from.

Highland Hideaway in scenic Shawnigan Lake

Highland Hideaway is located in majestic Shawnigan Lake. Our charming 1 bedroom suite is located on an acre lot shared with the main house. Less than a km to one of Shawnigan Lake's many public beaches and trails and approx a km to the quaint village of Shawnigan Lake. The suite is located in the lower part of our carriage house, the main house is beside. Inside you'll find a cozy space tastefully decorated with most everything you need including a queen bed and a sleeper sofa.

Esther’s Cottage - A Space to Ponder

Located 10 minutes to the restored Kinsol Trestle, 1 minute walk to public trail to beautiful Shawnigan Lake, Hiking Trails, Cobble Hill Mountain, Parks & Trails, Arena, Marina’s and Arbutus Ridge Golf Course. Quaint coffee shops and home made style meals at local restaraunts. All about a 2.5 km short walking distance away. 3 International private schools in the area. Plenty of spaces for roaming from prayer to painting to cycling to hiking to reading and quiet time.

A cheerie suite close to hiking trails/wineries

The suite is bright and cheerful, one bedroom with a double sofa bed in the living area. It is fully furnished with a full kitchen, complete bathroom facilities and washer/dryer. The suite is totally self contained with its own private entrance. Linens, towels, shampoos and utensils are provided. We are at the foot of Mt. Tzouhalem (Zoo-Halem), a popular hiking/mountain biking and walking destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Our suite is inspected and legal.

Wonderful Victoria and Sidney are only a 15 min drive as well as the airport and BC ferries.

Our worry free luxury cottage is our second dwelling on our main resident property and therefore is risk free of unexpected cancellations. While you are here and getting to know the ropes enjoy all the; local wineries/breweries, tea farm, fresh farm food, local artisans and marinas all within minutes of our location. Take a short walk down to the kayak rental if you’re feeling like you want to play in the water, or just enjoy laying on the beach.
