Riverside Cottage is a 2 Bedroom charming cottage dating from the 1920's built with the traditional honey coloured Cotswold stone. The house and garden is situated on the river Coln, where you have your own private access to the river, fishing and intimate viewing of the the wildlife. You have exclusive access to the property for your stay to relax outdoors with a BBQ, or cozy up to the wood fire and watch TV or read a book. Just outside the door are a multitude of footpaths and dining.

Jeannie's Cottage

Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Enjoy this half-timbered house in the beautiful Wiltshire village of Steeple Ashton. In a quiet location next to magnificent gothic St Mary's Church, with its blue clock face, this handsome home blends seamlessly a wealth of period features with modern design. Kellaways House Cottage is located in the small village of East Tytherton, Wiltshire close to the nearby market towns of Chippenham and Calne in the north of the county. Its rural setting provides a tranquil atmosphere without being too far from local amenities. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists, but if you want a bit more excitement, it is also perfectly situated to explore places further a feld in Wiltshire, East Somerset and the South Cotswolds.
