Situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé, à deux pas du métro Daumesnil (lignes 8 et 6), il offre un salon chaleureux avec mobilier design, une cuisine équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, robot pâtissier, coin café), une chambre lumineuse avec vue jardin, une salle d’eau fonctionnelle et un jardin de 35m² idéal pour un brunch ou un dîner romantique.
