Close to Zion Park, our GUEST'S REVIEWS tell our story best. We have a beautiful 1,250 sq foot suite that features a PRIVATE HOT TUB as well as a private entrance, patio & lawn area with waterfall. This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

This Airbnb home has a unique design. The room you are looking at is just like a hotel room. It is it’s own space. No sharing of the room or amenities. You unlock the entrance door with your code, enter a shared hallway just like at a hotel, and then enter your suite using your code on your door once again.

Southern Utah University, Cedar City Aquatic Center, Baseball Fields, Discovery Park, the Lake in the Hill, and Hillcrest Park are just minutes away. This downstairs basement apartment (we live upstairs, but it is completely separate and secured from our space - you may hear some noise from upstairs, but we try to be respectful) is located just minutes from downtown Cedar City (home of Utah Shakespeare Festival and SUU), and close to I-15 exit. Kid and family friendly! This is a great central location for State and National Parks (Zions: 65 miles, Bryce: 85 miles, Cedar Breaks: 27 miles), as well as Brian Head: 27 miles.
