This home is 1 hour (57 miles) from the main (south) entrance to Zion and 20 minutes (18 miles) from the north entrance to Zion. Some rental platforms auto list "30 minutes from Zion" as a highlighted feature. Be aware that though technically true, this can be misleading but unfortunately it is auto-generated information that we are unable to edit. Every detail is designed for comfort, style and luxury! It is not common but at times the homeowners may be staying on property in a private living space in the basement while the home is rented. Rest assured, this area has a separate entrance with separate parking, all virtually out of view. A locked door separates this private basement level from the house above. - This single-story home requires 3 steps for entry. - Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera on the front door facing the exterior entry, camera 2 is on the front of the house facing the driveway, and camera 3 is at the bottom of the driveway facing the basement/garage doors. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. - Pets are not allowed; however, individuals with allergies should be aware that the owners do have a cat when they stay in the home. - No commercial business may be operated from the property (including but not limited to photo shoots, sales parties, promotional gatherings, etc). - As the property has not been childproofed, guests are encouraged to take extra care if your party includes children. - While the gas grill (Blackstone griddle) is provided for guests use, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank as needed.

Hiker’s Hideout at Kanarraville Falls is the perfect place to relax after seeing all the natural beauty here in southern Utah. Including the world famous Kanarra Falls, which is located less than a mile away. Other world famous sites that are located within a short drive are, Zions National Park (50 mins), Kolob Canyon National Park (15 mins), Bryce Canyon National Park (1.5 hrs), along with many local trails and sites. This unit is located on the 2nd floor above a separate ground floor unit.

Derzeit haben wir Hochlandrinder, Ziegen, Alpaka, Schafe, Hühner, Mini Esel, Schweine Deine persönliche Terrasse verfügt über einen privaten Whirlpool, eine Feuerstelle und einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und den Zion-Nationalpark. Genieße einen Spaziergang in unserem Garten und Obstgarten.
