Beautiful condo in St. George! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Balcony overlooks the hot tub and pool, as well as basketball and pickle ball courts. Basketball, pickleball paddles and balls, and boardgames are available at the condo for your use. We love being on the 3rd floor for the view and because we can easily store our bikes on the balcony. There are amazing biking trails all over, with access to the Bearclaw Poppy trail (our personal favorite) right across the street!

This is a central Cedar City location close to I-15, downtown & trails. Brian head, Zions and Saint George are all 40 minutes away. This is a new build and has never had a permanent resident and has all new furnishings and quality finishes. You will be pleased with the cleanliness of this property. The Southview trail is only about 100 yards from the front door and is paved for bicycles, running or walking and the C Trailhead is also only about 200 yards from the unit it is dirt.

Our 750 sq ft condo with 1 bedroom and 1 bathrooms sleeps 6. The unit is at the very front of The Aspens Community, which is directly across from The Brian Head Resort Parking Lot. Unit includes a fire place, deck, grill and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a shuttle pick up just steps away from the deck.
