Villa Rizzo is a beautiful residence located in an ideal location, 300 mt. By the square of Castromarina and 100 mt. from the beach "La Source". A central position on a rocky promontory from which dominates the town of Castro and the sea front, enjoys an exceptional panorama. The villa is equipped with all comforts and accessory for an ideal stay, including satellite TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board etc. ... Air conditioning in the rooms. The house is surrounded by a large park with the typical well-kept flower essences of Salento on the three terraces overlooking and a small pine forest on the back. The villa has two floors independent: downstairs a great room of about 30 mq. with full bathroom, bedroom and a small living room with bed – added; upstairs full kitchen, large bathroom with shower, double room, double room with two beds, a bright living room with fireplace and between the kitchen and living room there is a dining area with sofa bed. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people who arrive at 8 with the extra beds. The property is available for any needs of guests, the price included the work of maintenance of the green and technical assistance for any immediate repair by skilled people and the bedding (sheets and towels) and consumption of water, light and gas (first gas cylinder). Bath towels and bed linen is changed once a week together with a general cleaning. availability of additional services and extra compute agree with the maintainer.

The accommodation was decorated with careful attention to detail and is very neat and tidy. Stone tubs, the restored antique bed, woven straw baskets, evoke the rural, rustic life and craftsmanship of the Salento region. The old wrought-iron bell for calling the family to the table is also a particularly charming feature.

La "Carruba" ha una superficie di 40mq, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con divano letto, un bagno con doccia ed una cucina separata. Entrambe dispongono di grandi terrazze panoramiche di fronte al mare ed in mezzo ad ulivi secolari, zona barbecue e zone relax.
