Wanderlust beach house is situated only 150 meter walking distance from the sandy beach of Torre Chianca and about 12 km drive from the city of Lecce. The house is separated in 2 apartments with separated entrances, note that in one of them we’re living with 2 cats. Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Casa adatta anche a lunghi soggiorni, dotata di ogni comfort per il lavoro a distanza: wifi, postazione di lavoro, caminetto, riscaldamento autonomo. Dal fascino antico e il comfort moderno, arredata con mobili di famiglia, in un angolo appartato del centro storico. Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
