The rental includes an enclosed front porch with wrap around windows , has 2 separate living units and 3 flatscreen Roku TV's with Internet. There is a pool table and a screened in porch. 2 Queen beds,2 Full beds. Beautiful knotty pine walls. Private street with a private community dock. The end of the dock faces west to capture breathtaking sunsets.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. The Riverfront cottage is centrally located to I-95 & 295, Methodist University, Fort Bragg, and downtown Fayetteville.
