Timberwood Tiny Home

Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Arya’s cottage with a loft & jacuzzi

Adults only, 18&older. No smoking or vaping allowed inside or on premises. Up to 2 dogs welcome for an additional fee. Peaceful cottage, centrally-located on an active equestrian farm with rv sites as well. From your loft bedroom overlook beautiful rolling pastures with horses and goats. See our beautiful horses in training or take a stroll on our walking trails or through the woods on the 41 acres, read a book, sit around your fire pit, soak in the private jacuzzi, or head 6 miles to downtown.

It’s beautifully appointed, very cozy, and sits just inside the woods with pasture land and a small pond in front of it. The Hot Tub Hideaway is also only 1/2 mile from I-74, 10 min to downtown Winston Salem and 15-20 min to Greensboro or High Point. It’s the ideal place to getaway and relax while still being super convenient to everything else!

This new tiny house is nestled amongst mature hardwood trees on a 30 acre working family farm in Hillsborough. Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.
