Parking is available on our driveway on the right side and free street parking availible too. (No smoking /no pets/ no parties)

This Tiny home is located in a small mountain Village on a lot behind my house. It is close to Columbia Lake, Fairmont hot springs, Lussier hot springs, and the Kootenay River. If you like the outdoors you will love Canal Flats. You can ski, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, swim, skate, water ski, and fish. Newly renovated with a few small details to finish inside. The outside of the building still has some work to be done on the siding and landscaping.

Located just a five minute walk from Kinsmen beach close to the downtown district, our lower level suite is perfect for those vacationers wanting to take in all that our beautiful mountain town has to offer. This listed suite can be found in South Calgary, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It is a basement walkout suite with private entrance, which leads you into the beautiful backyard with a pond view. Our clean and spacious living room will make you feel comfortable and relaxed just like at home. In addition, it only takes a couple minutes to walk to the ridge that oversees the entire Bow River and Fish Creek area.
