We renovated a key west style home into a modern beachy oasis. You can kayak, bike and boat to the beach right from the house! This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.

Welcome to our just renovated single family pool home in the heart of historic Bonita Springs. Less than 5 miles to the beaches. You can walk to coffee shops, parks, restaurants and all sorts of markets, etc. The living area extends outside in the huge screened lanai where we have a new outdoor sectional sofa. The pool is large and heated. A very upgraded kitchen with new soft close cabinets, quartzite counter tops & brand new appliances. It's a comfortable open concept design.

Relax at the solar heated pool and enjoy the serenity of the beautiful, and peaceful 0.6 acres of land with a natural pond where different types of birds like egrets, herons, and ducks can be seen. Close to shopping, dining and just 7.5 mi to Bonita Beach Park. If you play Golf, The Bonita Fairways Public Golf Club is 2.8 mi. Or buy a day pass at the Hyatt Regency and spend the day at the lazy river and waterslides. The backyard is all fenced in, ideal to let your dog run.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet.
