Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Saratoga Springs Downtown Condo-Walk to Track

Newly remodeled this condo is perfect! It is walking distance to both the race track and downtown where you will find a multitude of shops. The condo has two parking spaces allowing you to leave your car(s) and walk the one mile to the track or half mile to downtown. It is located on the second floor with huge sky lights and large windows affording beautiful views of the surrounding area. There is a small park around the corner and Congress Park is one block away.

Fair Haven Loft in The Lloyd Jacobs House

This is one of the nicest units I rent. The space is in an historic renovated building in downtown Fair Haven, VT. The space was originally used to manufacture shirts. I have divided the 1600 square feet into a two bedroom loft. It has very high ceiling and windows. It is very spacious and has been completed updated. The loft has it's own kitchen (not shared) and it's own lock and key. Since it is on the third floor of the building, it is very quiet and secure.
