unit 2 is Indepengent suite .It consist of two bedrooms , a modern bathroom, an open plan living area including kitchenette(there are oven,microwave,minifridge, electric cooker rice cooker) dining and lounge. It's located on the second floor at the rear of the villa with a separate entrance.The villa near Botany Shopping Center( 5 min by car). The villa is a 5000 sqm garden with various flowers, plants trees . Two big decks for looking view. It is a comfortable, quiet and private place.

Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to the village of Howick where shops, banks, bars and restaurants can be found: the Saturday Market is very popular! 4 local beaches can be accessed with a 10 minute drive or public transport can take you to the ferry (to sail to the Auckland CBD )or bus into town. The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .

Bright sunny, warm rooms, located downstairs in our family home. It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. We are happy to share our wonderful environment.

Our waterfront accommodation is a great place to relax and unwind conveniently located overlooking the picturesque Putiki Bay. Sit on the deck and watch the sunset across the bay. The bay is a tidal and is a great spot for kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming at high tide. With private waterfront views, the cottage is in with in easy reach of the islands beaches and local amenities, with the Ostend market and supermarket only 10 min walk.

Meet us at the Treehouse by the sea, only 300 metres from Maraetai Beach, which means meeting place by the sea. This gem is a special place. Have coffee with the kereru, wake up to the tuis, swim in the turquoise waters of the bay and enjoy the tranquil life of Maraetai. This sleepout is located on our property only a short walk to the beach; you will enjoy peace, the sounds of the creek running below and the visiting bird life.
