It is right in the city center of Kokubu. The building belongs to us, in which our "Café Le Parisien" is located, a hairdressing salon and a clothing store. Lively neighborhood with a church, restaurants and shops. Mountains, parks, hot springs and beaches nearby. The train station is a 15-min walk away. Airport at 25 min by car

The beach is 10 minutes away on foot, with surf spots and golf nearby. Free parking for two cars. We’d love for you to stay at least 3 nights to enjoy Aoshima’s charm.

桜島と錦江湾を望めるお部屋です。お二人様よりご利用出来ます。８帖和室2部屋と6帖ダイニングキッチン。広々ウッドデッキと横のバーベキュースペースは屋根付きです。ピザ窯もあり、連泊でご利用可能。（バーベキュー・ピザはオプションになります）。普段なかなかできないアウトドアクッキングが体験できます。周りに家屋なく、ご家族・グループで気兼ねなく過ごせます。夜は天気よければ天の川、季節ごとの星空も楽しめます。広い駐車スペースは6台でも大丈夫！ ★一つ注意点とお願いが有ります。水道水は貯水タンクからの供給になり、使用量に限り有ります。お風呂・洗濯それぞれ1回までとしてください。(連泊の場合、毎朝給水させて頂きます) 多少不便さありますが、この場所ならではの開放感味わえると思います。 桜島は火山国日本の中でも有数の活火山！庭からは海を挟んで、噴煙の様子をしばしば見ることができます。また近隣の海沿いには、黒酢づくりの珍しい壺畑の風景やレストラン、福山港では、釣りを楽しめます。 なお当施設ご利用にあたっては、必ずハウスルール」→「その他のルール」をお読みください。特殊な立地条件となるため熟読願います。

Villa Ocean Blue. Ocean & Mountain Views 110sqm

The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.

A 10-second walk to the harbor! This house is perfect for those who love fishing or want to enjoy marine leisure during their stay. The house is newly built and opened in July 2021. The house has a capacity of 4 adults, but it can accommodate 6 people including children. Please contact us in advance. The house is equipped with an automatic hot water heater and a dishwasher to ensure a comfortable stay. There is no fence on the deck, so please be careful to keep an eye on small children.

Once the home of the village headman, who was also a fisherman, this house has been cared for through generations. Wake up with sunrise over the ocean, spend the day by the sea, and fall asleep to the sound of the tide. Far from Tokyo and Osaka, slow down and experience simple Japanese village life. Good to know: As this is an older home, AC is limited and insects may appear.

○About this accomodation This property is renovated from a log cabin and an old house by owner himself with the idea of creating a relaxing space that suitable for farmstay. The owner is particular about his handcrafted furniture and the Irori (a traditional Japanese sunken hearth) in living room. Guests can use this Irori with Nabe meals (Japanese style hot pot cuisine) from autumn to spring.
