I’ll be leading you step by step from the very beginning so that you'll be able to discover and taste all the ingredients needed. You will master the skills to make the traditional pasta Carbonara everywhere, at anytime. We’ll make the Spaghetti from scratch! At the end of our cooking experience we'll enjoy our Carbonara together with a good glass of local Italian wine or some prosecco.

We'll start with a unforgettable walk in the vineyard, telling the family history of our winery and estate. We'll see the old traditional drying room where the grapes are air dried using Appassimento, a technique for which Amarone is known around the world, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar for vinification and refinement. I explain you how we make our Great Red Wines. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our three fine wines, learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. For you dessert, we’ll prepare together the authentic Italian TIRAMISU’. You will discover the best of Italian cuisine between tradition and innovation. I’ll introduce you to high-quality Italian ingredients and suggest you where to buy the best local foods. I’ll give you RECIPES part of my Italian gastronomic culture as a Gastronome and my family treasure. Are you passionate about mountains and would like to reach more demanding heights? Via Ferrata tracks runs through a rocky terrain equipped with metal stepladder and wires which make the progression easier and fun. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. After a quick briefing, about the gear and the safety rules we have to observe, we will learn the correct rope manoovers and climbing techniques enjoying the amazing Dolomites landscape!

Tour a cavallo sulle colline gardesane è un’ escursione a cavallo della durata minima di un’ora. Una piacevole passeggiata a cavallo tra le colline del Lago di Garda, lungo sentieri e itinerari che si alternano tra boschi, vigneti e distese collinari. Per chi avesse poca esperienza, nessun problema, le nostre escursioni sono adatte a tutti. La guida vi aiuterà a montare in sella, e a prendere dimestichezza con il cavallo, poi non vi resterà che godervi lo spettacolo. Per chi sperimenta questa attività per la prima volta, introduciamo una mezz’ora aggiuntiva (obbligatoria) di messa in sella ( supplemento di 12 € ) che deve essere riservata con anticipo. Durante questo tour a cavallo potrete ammirare i paesaggi circostanti, godendovi la tranquillità di questa esperienza unica in compagnia dei nostri amici cavalli. Durante la passeggiata raggiungerete un punto panoramico con vista sul Lago di Garda. Per principianti è consigliata l'opzione da 1 h; per esperti è possibile richiedere l’esperienza di 2 h. After a visit to the archive - we have more than 200,000 archived letters here and we receive new ones every day! - you’ll be ready to become a Juliet Secretary. According to your native language, we will give you some of the letters addressed to Juliet. You will open them and read them discovering love stories from every corner of the world. Then we will have some coffee and we will discuss what to answer. Now it's your turn to write a letter! Signed and sealed, the letters are ready for delivery. Other things to note: Juliet Club receives letters from all over the world written in dozens of different languages. I will try to give you at least 1 letter in your native language but this is not always possible, in particular when it comes to less spoken languages. Becoming Juliet’s Secretaries can really be one of the most thrilling and moving experiences in the matter of love and will help to support this unique tradition.

Proponiamo un'esperienza di scuola vela di mezza giornata, costeggiando le suggestive coste settentrionali del Lago di Garda. La partenza è prevista dal porto San Nicolò di Riva del Garda; discenderemo poi lungo le coste occidentali fino alle Cascate del Ponale, dove potrete godere di un bagno rinfrescante. Proseguiremo in direzione sud verso Limone, una cittadina immersa tra le caratteristiche limonaie gialle. Dopo una breve sosta ripartiremo verso le coste veronesi dove svetta il Castello di Malcesine; prima del rientro in porto veleggeremo lungo le ventose spiagge di Navene e Torbole. La flotta a disposizione comprende 5 barche a vela (da 8 m. fino a 11 m.) dotate di ogni comfort e di bagno privato a bordo. In caso di maltempo l'esperienza può essere posticipata in accordo con gli ospiti. Altre cose da tenere a mente: porta con te costume da bagno, crema solare, cappellino e telo mare; in bassa stagione è consigliabile portare guanti, cappellino e giacchettino antipioggia.

Man beginnt mit einem Besuch in einem BIO-Weinberg, in dem die geo-morphologischen, wasser und klimatischen Eigenschaften des Marano Tal und die Prinzipien des BIO-Anbau und Pflege erklärt werden. Möglichkeit eines Spaziergangs zwischen Weinbergen, Olivenbäumen, spontanen Wäldern, vorbei an der unterirdischen Quelle bis zum Weinberg LE BALZE (in dem der Amarone RISERVA Le Balze geboren wird). Rückkehr nach Novaja. Man folgt der Besuch der Corte Vaona mit dem historischen Weinkeller, aus Stein gegraben, um die Weine in Eichen Fässern zu reifen. Es folgt die Verkostung von den BIO, Classic DOC und DOCG, Valpolicella, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone und Recioto Weinen und des Extra Vergine Olivenöls (unserer Produktion) und einiger von uns sorgfältig ausgewählter lokaler Produkten. Du lernst, wie man zeitlos maßgeschneiderte Rezepte herstellt. Wir zeigen dir, wie du die Pasta mit der klassischen, reinmachenden Technik und durch die Fritteuse verstauen kannst. Wir zeigen dir auch die Geheimnisse für ein perfektes Risotto und leckeres Gnocchi. Was du während des Kurses mit deinen Händen machen wirst, kannst du es mit den lokalen Weinen probieren, die uns umgeben, wie Bardolino Classico und Chiaretto. Betritt unser Zuhause, atme die Atmosphäre der italienischen Küche ein und bringe sie mit, wenn du nach Hause zurückkehrst, um deine Gäste zu beeindrucken! Corte Odorico è una piccola realtà familiare che comprende l’azienda agricola, una cantina e due appartamenti ad uso turistico. Attraverso il percorso di degustazione, la nostra intenzione è di farvi immergere nella storia della nostra famiglia e della Valpolicella classica. Il tour inizia con il mostrarvi i vigneti che circondano Corte Odorico, di nostra proprietà da tre generazioni, da cui ricaviamo i nostri vini. Il tour prosegue con la visita all’essicatoio e alla cantina, per raccontarvi della tecnica di appassimento e dell’affinamento in botte, tecniche che rendono i vini della Valpolicella unici. Infine, ci sposteremo nella sala di degustazione, ottenuta da un connubio di materiali naturali quali tufo, legno e ferro. Qui il nostro scopo e di fermare il tempo per qualche ora, e di condividere con voi la storia ed il sapore dei nostri vini, Valpolicella, Ripasso, e Amarone della Valpolicella Classici. A journey on the history, behind the scenes of a XIV century venetian gothic palace. We will jump back in the history by seeing and deciphering stones and epigraphs dating back from the paleo-venetik ages, passing through roman times, early Christian age, medioeval period, renaissance, baroque and modern times. We will visit a museum in the museum, which is an archeological collection made by Giovanni da Schio (a family ancestor) in the 1850s, gathering pieces around Vicenza and its territories, and showcasing them in the courtyard of his home to share with visitors and scholars a witness of long history of his City. And we can still admire his collection in its original display! You will learn how to read Latin numbers . We will "read" together the growth and transformation of a beautiful Palace along many centuries. Trento has a culinary tradition that originates from a survival cuisine, the typical Trentino cuisine is of poor origin but at the same time substantial. It jealously preserves the authenticity of its Alpine origins, but knows how to make the most of the many influences coming from the tradition of the neighboring territories, such as the Austrian and Venetian ones. Together with my enterprising grandmother we will cook some of the typical Trentino dishes: stew, polenta and mushrooms, risotto with radicchio and speck, potato gnocchi with tomato sauce or nettles, strudel, barley soup, or the famous knödel ( Bread Gnocchi). With this lesson we want you to spend a fun and relaxed day learning something about the Trentino culinary tradition.

The greatest activity one can do on mountains during winter. Climb up with climbing skins far away from ski slopes, reach the top and start a great free ride descent. The Dolomite mountains are the best playground for this a lot of ski-tours of every kind of difficulty. From the meeting point we will move shortly to the starting place; then, after a quick briefing about the gear and the safety rules we have to observe, we will learn the correct uphill tecniques using the skins. The uphill takes 2,5-3 hours usually; once arrived on top we will change set up and, after a little rest, we will be ready for an exciting descent enjoying the Dolomite landscape!

Hai mai provato l'esperienza di camminare in un bosco di notte? Quello che di giorno può sembrarci banale con il buio acquista un'atmosfera magica. Con le tenebre gli animali escono dalle loro tane, e il bosco si anima di nuova vita. Le Dolomiti sono anche chiamate Monti Pallidi, e quando la luna le illumina le loro rocce risplendono nel buio. Faremo una facile ciaspolata nel bosco, ammireremo le stelle e il maestoso Monte Pelmo. Preparati a vivere emozioni speciali! PROGRAMMA: Ritrovo ore 17.30 al parcheggio per il rifugio Città di Fiume Partenza per l'escursione Rientro previso per le 19.30 IMPEGNO FISICO Escursione facile su sentiero. Dislivello 300 metri, lunghezza 6 km Noleggio ciaspole incluso, trasporto non incluso. Questa è un'escursione di gruppo, perciò potrebbero esserci altri partecipanti oltre a voi. L'escursione si svolgerà anche in caso di cielo nuvoloso o nevicate. Sarà annullata in caso di pioggia o vento forte.
