Villa Belvedere is in a beautiful location in Arco, the Arco Castle is to its left and the Arciducale Park is to its right. The old town centre is 400 metres from the house and just a 10-minute walk away is the 'Calvario' climbing wall, with 22 routes from grade 5b to grade 8a and many other crags. Two minutes from Villa Belvedere is access to the Sarca cycle path, which leads in the direction of Trento or in the direction of Lake Garda.

È ad un minuto da una bellissima spiaggia sul lago di Caldonazzo. Comprende accesso privato con possibilità di parcheggio macchina e terrazzo esterno con bbq.
